Emergency 24 Hour Contact Number – For Tenants
If you are an existing tenant and have a maintenance defect, this must be reported via our portal Fixflo, otherwise it may not be logged. If you live in one of our managed properties and experience an out of hours emergency please call GPMUK on 01932 212002.
Please DO NOT ring this number unless your maintenance issue is an emergency. If the issue can wait until the office reopens please report via our online maintenance portal Fixflo. For more information as to what is classed as an emergency please refer to your move in manual. If you call the out of hours number you must leave a name and contact number on a voicemail so the operative can call you back. If you have misplaced your key you will be liable for the call out charge, please contact a locksmith directly. If your property is managed by your landlord, please follow their arrangements surrounding emergency maintenance.
