White Kite Limited trading as Barkers Estate Agents and Nicholas J Humphreys is an Appointed Representative of Managing Agents Reference Assistance Services Limited, under reference 411192. We are part of the Belvoir group of companies of which the ultimate parent company is Belvoir Group plc.

Nearly all our outlets are operated by our franchisees who are independent businesses operating under licence from us. What type of information do we collect?
The personal information we collect includes your name, email address, telephone number and property address when you register for a viewing, register for property alerts, request a valuation or lettings consultation, book a mortgage appointment or submit an enquiry.
