We'll book a time that works for you

Your local branch will arrange a visit at your convenience — no waiting around, no unnecessary delays.

We'll assess the property properly

Your agent will take around 45 minutes to inspect each room, any outbuildings, and shared spaces. They'll look at the overall condition and ask about your goals — whether you're planning to let, sell, or explore your options.

You’ll get straight, expert advice

After the visit, we’ll provide an accurate, market-based valuation and clear guidance on next steps. If you’re ready to proceed, we can take measurements and photography on the day. Prefer to wait? That’s fine — we’ll be here when you are.

AML Fees

Agents are required by law to conduct anti-money laundering checks on all those selling a property. Our offices may complete these in house or outsource the initial checks to a partner supplier who will contact you once you have agreed to instruct us in your sale. The cost of these checks will be advised to you by the office before you commit to their services. These charges cover the cost of obtaining relevant data and any manual checks and monitoring which might be required. This fee will need to be paid by you in advance of your property being published for marketing.
