Landlord fees

Fully Managed – 12.00% (inc VAT) – subject to property valuation
Setup Fee (Fully Managed) – 60% of first month’s rent (inc. VAT) – subject to property valuation

  • Agree the market rent and find a tenant in accordance with the landlord guidelines
  • Advise on refurbishment
  • Provide guidance on compliance with statutory provisions and letting consents
  • Carry out accompanied viewings (as appropriate)
  • Market the property and advertise on relevant portals
  • Erect board outside property in accordance with Town and Country planning Act 1990
  • Advise on non-resident tax status and HMRC (if relevant)
Setup Fee (Introduction Only) – 90% of the first months rent (inc. VAT) – subject to property valuation
Deposit Registration Fee – £60 (inc VAT)

  • Register landlord and tenant details and protect the security deposit with a Government-authorised Scheme
  • Provide the tenant(s) with the Deposit Certificate and Prescribed Information within 30 days of start of tenancy
Renewal Fee (landlords share) – £119 (inc VAT)

  • Contract negotiation, amending and updating terms and arranging a further tenancy and agreement
Arbitration Fee – £90 (inc VAT)

  • Charged in the event of a deposit dispute negotiation
Court Attendance – £125 (inc VAT) per hour
Fee in case of early termination of managed service –

12% (inc VAT) of three months rent

Referral Fee – We may also receive commissions from: Contractors, Insurance companies, Referencing companies, Utility providers and others. These commissions will not be included in the contractor invoice and can be up to 20% (inc VAT) of the total invoice.

INDEPENDENT REDRESS PROVIDED BY THE PROPERTY OMBUDSMAN (TPO).
