Service Levels

We have tailored our services to meet the needs of our landlords, and are pleased to offer two levels of service; Introduction Only and Fully Managed. The service that you choose will depend on your personal requirements and preference. Our Introduction Only service is ideal for landlords with experience of managing their own properties and legislative requirements. Our Fully Managed service is favoured by landlords looking to take the work out of owning their investment properties.

Scale of Fees and Charges

Fees quoted below are inclusive of VAT.

Referral Fee – We may also receive commissions from: Contractors, Insurance companies, Referencing companies, Utility providers and others. These commissions will not be included in the contractor invoice and can be up to 20% (Inc VAT) of the total invoice.
