I come from a background of Education and Sports science. My career was varied during this time in different customer facing roles. Finally, I settled after I graduated from University as a college lecturer. From this I have been fortunate enough to develop a hard-working approach, having to sometimes work in difficult and high-pressure situations to deliver an extraordinary service to customers.
I started helping family with various renovation projects, which inspired me to get my own investment property. This taught me how property has to meet certain standards and regulations to be able to be let. This then took me back to my University days, when I remembered that the house, I was living in was sub-par, and how difficult it was to speak to the agent or landlord to remedy this.
These experiences and skills have helped me to understand the different problems that can occur between landlords and tenants, and so has led me to try provide a service that is excellent and unforgettable for all parties involved whilst aligning to the Nicholas Humphreys ethos and values.
