Nick Humphreys let his first student house (71 Meadow Lane) in 1988 when he was an 18 year old junior at Armstrong Mather estate agents in Devonshire Square.

In those days the standard of refurbishment was at best ‘basic’…. nowadays it’s a whole different world, but the demand is just as good if not better for the right house.

‘Students expect the best in property and service and are perfectly happy to pay good money for it’ says Nick.

This year the demand is tremendous and we require new landlords.

‘if you have a property in decent location which enjoys all the modern conveniences it will let and it will let for a good yield’.

If your house is poorly managed or un-let we can let your house – contact me directly on nickh@nicholashumphreys.com or call 01509 266696 for a chat.

Nick is the active Managing director of The East Midlands’ leading student letting specialists Nicholas Humphreys with 8 offices in Derby, Leicester, Burton on Trent and of course Loughborough.

Nicholas Humphreys now manage 3000 houses and introduce tenants to a further 1200 each year.
