Naomi and Danni welcome another happy landlord into the fold...

I wanted to let you know about the fantastic service that my wife and I received from your colleagues Naomi and Dani at your Student lettings outlet in Ashby Road.
We had placed our property on the market with one of your competitors some 4 months ago and were very concerned that we had not had one viewing during that period. This lack of activity led us to hold two meetings with the letting agent during which our concerns increased as it become quite clear that they had no clear plan about how they were going to market and successfully let our property.

 
As a result, we visited Naomi and Dani who demonstrated a real passion to let our property and were able to articulate a clear marketing plan. In fact, within two hours of us walking into the office, a number of viewings had been arranged that resulted in 5 tenants signing up immediately.
 
This was fantastic news to us, it was clear they pulled out all the stops, and exceeded our expectations.

Dani and Naomi have been in regular contact keeping us informed of subsequent developments.
