Another happy purchaser

Below is a email received by Leanne Coleman at our Market Street office after agreeing a sale for a purchaser who had spent a number of weeks looking for a property until Leanne added him to our mailing list and identified in a short amount of time the type of property that he was looking for and finding a property to meet his every need.

“Thanks for your very prompt attention so far Leanne. My wife took your call whilst in London so now I think you have every possible detail from us to proceed. My solicitor will await contact now from the vendors solicitor. Very impressed that you have already put up a SOLD board and marked the property up on the internet as UNDER OFFER. Sooo much better than some Estate agents I could mention. Brownie points to you and the company. Feel moved to tell Nic personally. Anything further, please feel free to contact my wife or myself.
