Ben Smith is a Loughborough man born and bred, going to school locally, he has been in the Loughborough property business since he left school. As the Lettings Manager for the Loughborough Market Street office, he deals with any Lettings for landlords and tenants of property's that accommodate families, professionals, sharers and postgraduates (our sister office on Ashby Road deals with the undergraduate lettings).

He also enjoys nice walks, day trips, a good party and all kinds of sporting activities. On a Sunday afternoon he will be glued to the television watching the Formula 1 Grand Prix or the Premier League.

Nikki Tebbutt has lived in Loughborough for almost 35 years and joined Nicholas Humphreys as a Sales Negotiator in August 2009 to help with the expansion of Residential Sales Department.

Having previously worked for the local newspaper for many years producing the property section of the paper she prides herself in customer service and has a high level of local knowledge.

Nikki has two lovely children, who go to school locally and her hobbies include swimming and cooking. She looks forward to meeting old and new clients alike in their search for a house to rent or buy.

Leanne started working as a trainee with Nicholas Humphreys in May 2011 straight from Winchester University where she studied Business Management and Media Production gaining a 2.1 degree.

She has very good customer service from previous job roles as well as excellent communication and organisational skills. These abilities have helped Leanne in the new responsibilities she has within Nicholas Humphreys such as managing properties and selling houses. Leanne is determined to follow a career path within the property industry!

When Leanne is not hard at work she is most likely to be found at her dance classes in Loughborough where she started at just 2 years old achieving many trophies, medals and awards. If she is not there you might also find her either in the gym, spending time with her partner or socialising with friends and family. On top of this Leanne has great interest in Sport, Photography and Art.
