Ben Smith is a Loughborough man born and bred, going to school locally, he has been in the Loughborough property business since he left school. Working for Nicholas Humphreys since July 2005 he is currently the Office Manager for the Loughborough Market Street office. Over-seeing both Residential Sales and Professional Lettings including business generation and the day to day structure of the office. Also working closely with the staff in all aspects of Estate Agency helping and motivating them towards there goals.

He also enjoys nice walks, day trips, a good party and all kinds of sporting activities and is a fan of Leicester City Football Club. But mostly in his spare time is at home spending time with his family.

Leanne started working as a trainee with Nicholas Humphreys in May 2011 straight from Winchester University where she studied Business Management and Media Production gaining a 2.1 degree.

She has very good customer service from previous job roles as well as excellent communication and organisational skills. These abilities have helped Leanne in the new responsibilities she has within Nicholas Humphreys such as managing properties and selling houses. Leanne is determined to follow a career path within the property industry!

When Leanne is not hard at work she is most likely to be found at her dance classes in Loughborough where she started at just 2 years old achieving many trophies, medals and awards. If she is not there you might also find her either in the gym, spending time with her partner or socialising with friends and family. On top of this Leanne has great interest in Sport, Photography and Art.

Georgina has been working at Nicholas Humphreys Since October 2011. She was originally recruited to work with the student office during their busy lettings season after renting a house through them and expressing a keen interested interest in property. Since that time, Georgina has moved from Student Company Viewer to Professional Company Viewer and now works full time as a Property Manager and Sales Negotiator in our Professional Lettings and Sales office. After working her way up through Nicholas Humphreys Georgina is very happy in her current position but is hoping to soon add Sales and Lettings Valuations to her job role.

At the weekend Georgina spends a lot of time with friends who all study at the University and during holidays from work she is likely to be visiting her family in Barcelona and Brighton.

Lynsey has joined the successful team at Nicholas Humphreys, Market Street, Loughborough. Lynsey who has had over 14 years experience within estate agency and new homes, has covered all aspects of negotiation and residential valuing. Lynsey comments; “I am really looking forward to this challenge and to be joining such a fantastic and dynamic team at Nichols Humphreys! Being an established estate agent already, I am keen to enhance and increase their portfolio of existing properties and excited to be part of a forward thinking team who bring a refreshing approach to estate agency and lettings.

Outside of work Lynsey leads an active life and when she isn't out walking her Golden Retriever, can be found on the netball court, being an active member of two local netball teams in Loughborough and Coalville.
