Tina came to Nicholas Humphreys in 2003 following a successful career in management with a national retail company. She has specialised in student lettings so far working across the portfolio in Derby, Loughborough & Leicester.

Tina currently runs our Braunstone Gate, Leicester office. Although she is currently busy studying for a technical Award in Residential Lettings she still finds time to enjoy the odd bottle of wine at home with her friends and family.

Jo joined the company just over 4 years ago after working for a large retailer for 13 years. After managing a number of departments within a large retailer Jo felt it was time to move onto a new challenging role. Her experience and patience in dealing with a wide range of clients enabled her to deal with the role of a lettings Manager.

Jo is based in the Leicester office at Braunstone Gate supporting Tina Collins Associate Director. In her spare time she enjoys the odd round of golf and definitely enjoys travelling. Jo also enjoys organising the annual charity golf day for Nick which has been a great success each year.

Jessica started her employment in November 2009 on a part- time basis while studying her A-Levels at college. After gaining 4 A-levels at college Jessica joined Barkers on a full-time basis in July 2010. Jessica is determined to follow a career in the property industry and has excelled in her role of Lettings officer so far with Barkers.

Jessica naturally has good communication skills, which has enabled her to offer all the landlords and tenants excellent customer service. In Jessica's spare time she enjoys socialising with friends and family and has a great interest in cars.

Sam started at Nicholas Humphreys at the end of October 2011. He has experience in a customer service role from his previous job as an account manager at a utility broker. Sam is eager to show his clients the best service possible by using his extensive communication and customer care skills.

In his spare time, Sam enjoys socialising with his friends and spending time with his family. He also enjoys playing and watching football and is a keen Leicester City fan.
