Born in Kingston Upon Thames and educated at the Loughborough Grammar School, Kevin began his career in retail working for a large blue chip company for over 17 years. He then transferred his selling and customer service skills to the property market and began working for Nick in 2003.

He successfully opened the Derby office in April 2004 and has since increased the fully managed portfolio by ten fold. Several takeovers later and with the help of a supportive team the Derby office continues to be the largest student office in the midlands. Married with two young girls, he still longs for a full nights sleep

Dan started working as a trainee estate agent in 2003 and worked his way up to office valuer. In his 5 years working in residential sales, Dan gained a Technical award and NVQ in the Sale of residential property.

In 2008, Dan made the move into Student property lettings and management with Nicholas Humphreys Derby office. He now manages a portfolio of over 115 properties, which keeps him on his toes! In his spare time, Dan can be found doing DIY round his house under the strict supervision of his girlfriend, and enjoying a sociable pint with friends.

Whilst studying in Derby Dan worked for the company on a part time basis. Following his successful graduation from Derby University Dan has taken on the full time position of property manager at Nicholas Humphreys. Originally from Ipswich, Dan has a keen interest in the property market and would love to become a landlord in the future.

He enjoys mountain biking, photography and a few drinks and a game of pool if he's not at work too early the next morning. Dan has fond memories of living in a Nicholas Humphreys property whilst at Derby University.

After two years working as a property administrator for a student letting agent in Derby Chris joined Nicholas Humphreys in October 2009. As a property manager in our busy Derby student letting department Chris manages her own portfolio of properties and landlords. You will find her a very caring and helpful person to deal with who has a wealth of experience to draw from.

When Chris is not working she enjoys a very busy social life and the odd glass of wine or two with friends.
