Annette started her career in banking, rising to Branch Manager for Lloyds TSB before taking a career change following the birth of her second child. Annette has worked at Barkers since 1997, initially as a sales negotiator followed by landlord accounting.

Shortly after Barkers was purchased by Nicholas Humphreys back in June 2006 Annette was promoted to full time Lettings / Office Manager. Annette manages to combine her working life with a busy family life and prides herself on excellent customer service. The customer always comes first!

Jo joined Barkers in June 2007 to establish the West End branch of Barkers with experience of selling residential properties, portfolios & auctioning. She has an in depth knowledge of both the investment market and property management.

Jessica started her employment in November 2009 on a part- time basis while studying her A-Levels. Gaining 4 A-levels Jessica then joined Nicholas Humphreys on a full-time basis in July 2010. After excelling in her role at our Braunstone Gate office Jessica was promoted to Senior Lettings Officer in October 2012 at the Barkers, Queens Road Office. Jessica is determined to follow a career in the property industry.

Jessica naturally has good communication skills, which has enabled her to offer all the landlords and tenants excellent customer service. In Jessica's spare time she enjoys socialising with friends and family.

After leaving Nottingham Trent University doing a degree in marketing, and being in customer service roles for the last 4 years, Josie started work at Barkers Estate Agents in June 2012 as a viewing representative. After three months at the company Josie was appointed into the Lettings Officer role.

In Josie's spare time she likes to go shopping and spend with her friends and family.

Melvyn joined Barkers in 2009 as an accompanied viewer following a successful career in sales. His hobbies include golf, dining out at local pubs & restaurants and he especially enjoys his cruising holidays both abroad and in the UK.
