    Meet the Team
Scott Cave

After reading Estate Management at De Montfort University, Scott started work in the Residential Lettings Industry in 1996. Over the years Scott has achieved ARLA and ARLA 2 qualifications. Following a successful career with a National Estate and Lettings Agent Scott came to Barkers and has specialized in the Residential Lettings Market across the East Midlands and has focused his attention in the Leicester area and is gradually expanding his portfolio.

Scott's successful career has been maintained by providing a high level of customer service for all his landlords and tenants, this has enabled him to be able to deal with some of the largest and most prestige of developments within Leicester and Leicestershire.

When Scott isn't managing and letting properties, you will find him spending time with his wife Laura and his three children. As a former Rugby union player Scott follows the Leicester Tigers and try's to play golf.

Leanne Coleman
Office Manager

Leanne started working as a trainee with Nicholas Humphreys in May 2011 straight from Winchester University where she studied Business Management and Media Production gaining a 2.1 degree. After this she progressed into a Sales Negotiator and Property Manager at the Market Street Office and carried out her ARLA exams achieving her NFOPP Level Three Technical Award in Residential Lettings Property.

Leanne's success in progression through Nicholas Humphreys has enabled her to become Office Manager for Professional Lettings at our Braunstone Gate Office as well as taking on the Head of Charity for The Nicholas Humphreys Charity Foundation @NHCharity. She has very good customer service as well as excellent communication and organisational skills. These abilities have helped Leanne in her new responsibilities with Nicholas Humphreys / Barkers. Leanne is determined to follow a path in the property industry.

When Leanne is not hard at work she is most likely to be found at her dance classes where she started at just 2 years old, in the gym or socialising with her friends and family.

Adam Bass
New Business Manager

Adam started working for Barkers in July 2014 and came in the company with over 7 years’ experience both in Sales and Lettings. After starting in the industry in 2007 he has worked for a number of well-known companies.

Adam’s role within the business is as a New Business Manager working out of the West End office. He prides himself on a high level of customer services and works closely with clients looking to sell their properties and to buy properties. He also works with people looking to develop investment portfolios and is ideally placed to help set up and maintain an investment portfolio.

In his free time you will find Adam working on his own property portfolio, developing his family’s business and socialising with friends.

Laura Frearson
Lettings Officer

Laura has just completed her A-Levels in English Language, Media Studies, and Health and Social Care. Whilst studying Laura worked part time as a Sales Assistant which helped to build up her customer service skills. Upon leaving education she became a support worker for disabled adults in the community, which helped to develop her people skills even further. In January 2013 Laura joined Barkers Estate and Letting Agent as a Lettings Officer and is looking forward to developing her customer service and communication skills.

When Laura isn't working she enjoys going to the cinema and socialising with friends.

Rakhee Vaitha
Lettings Officer

Rakhee started working in an Estate agent in 2011 as a property management adviser which got her interested in dealing with property market and aimed to develop her skills further as a Lettings officer. She joined Barkers Professional lettings team in September 2012 and with a range of customer service background, she quickly adapted to the working environment.

After a year of dealing in Professional lettings, Rakhee has progressed as a Property Manager at Nicholas Humphreys where she is currently dealing with student lettings and looking forward to building a further successful career.

In her spare time, Rakhee enjoys spending time with her husband Rishi, socialising with family and friends and has great interest in painting and art.

Vicky Milne
Lettings Officer

Vicky Started at our Leicester Branch in November 2013. Vicky has come from a long customer service background in the travel industry. She has previously earned a NVQ Level Three in Travel and Customer Service. Vicky is looking forward to developing her skills in the Lettings business.

In her spare time Vicky enjoys socialising with her friends and family and in particular going to concerts and shows.

Lauren Sawbridge
Lettings Officer

Lauren has just finished her A-Levels in Information and Communication Technology and Media Studies. As well as studying, she has had experience with a fast-food restaurant to further her customer service skills and gain knowledge. By finishing her education, Lauren wanted to experience a job in the department she liked most, which was based in an office environment. In September 2013 Lauren joined Barkers Estate and Letting Agents as a Lettings Officer and is looking forward to developing her customer service and communication skills.

Lettings Officer

Jack started at Barkers in January 2014 having gained previous experience within the industry. Jack has an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Care which helps him when Letting properties. After Jack completed his A-Levels at college he knew his interest was in the property business, particularly after watching Phil and Kirstie from Relocation!

He is a keen Leicester City fan, working weekends at the ground and is Fifa king! Jack enjoys watching as much football as he can whilst socialising with his friends in his free time.

Luke Jones
Marketing Assistant and Part Time Viewer

From Hertfordshire, but currently studying Journalism and Creative Writing at De Montfort University and a tenant of Nicholas Humphreys, Luke joined our team at the beginning of 2014. As well as working as a marketing assistant, running the social media side of the branch, Luke is also a part time viewing representative.

Outside of work, Luke represents his university at rugby, hosts his own radio show on Demon FM and is a keen musician. He enjoys watching Leicester Tigers and is a keen football fan, supporting Chelsea.
